XM3010W Arm Type

Overview

XM3010W Arm Type is a compact 10.1″ secondary display designed to add a dedicated customer-facing screen to compatible FEC XPPC terminals. Connected through FEC Smart-DD, it integrates directly with the main system while keeping the installation clean and reducing the need for an additional external display power arrangement.

The arm-mounted design positions the screen alongside the main terminal, making it suitable for retail tills, hospitality counters, reception desks and other customer-facing environments where transaction information or additional digital content needs to be clearly visible.

Designed for FEC XPPC systems

XM3010W Arm Type is suitable for use with compatible systems from the Mino, Mino Pro, Mino Ultra and Soku product families.

Its arm-type mounting arrangement allows the secondary display to become part of the terminal installation rather than appearing as a separate standalone monitor, helping maintain a more organised counter layout with fewer external devices.

Clear customer-facing display

The 10.1″ LED LCD provides 1280 × 800 resolution and 400-nit brightness, giving customers a clear view of transaction information, order details, product content and promotional messaging.

The display is non-touch, making it particularly suitable for applications where information needs to be presented to the customer without requiring direct interaction.

Adjustable viewing angle

The integrated arm allows the screen angle to be adjusted according to counter height, terminal position and customer viewing requirements.

This provides additional flexibility across retail counters, hospitality service points and reception environments where the positioning of the main terminal may vary between installations.

Smart-DD connectivity

XM3010W connects through the FEC Smart-DD interface and is supplied with an 80cm DD cable.

Smart-DD provides a dedicated connection between compatible FEC terminals and secondary displays, supporting a cleaner integrated installation without relying on a conventional standalone monitor arrangement.
