FEC UK Extended RTB Warranty | +2 Year

The FEC UK Extended RTB Warranty Plan gives customers the option to extend the standard one-year warranty on eligible FEC UK main units by two additional years.

This plan is designed for customers who want extra protection beyond the standard warranty period, helping to support longer-term use of their EPOS hardware in retail, hospitality and commercial environments.

The +2 Years Extended Warranty applies to eligible main units only and provides additional RTB warranty coverage, subject to FEC UK warranty terms and conditions. The warranty extension is linked to the original product serial number and purchase record.

This plan does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, software issues, data loss, consumables, accessories or damage caused by incorrect installation or operation.
