FEC is pleased to share the implementation of our XELF self-service kiosk at Puli Christian Hospital in Taiwan.
As healthcare institutions continue to improve patient flow and digitise outpatient services, reliable self-service hardware plays an important role in reducing administrative pressure and creating a clearer registration process for patients.
For this project, a floor-standing XELF unit was deployed to support outpatient registration. The system integrates a Health Insurance Card Reader and a Ticketing Printer, enabling patients to complete key registration steps through a stable and efficient self-service process.
Designed for healthcare service environments, the XELF kiosk provides a robust hardware platform that supports secure operation, clear information delivery and reliable daily use. By reducing manual registration steps, the solution can help healthcare teams improve patient flow, minimise communication errors and support a smoother outpatient journey.
This installation demonstrates how self-service technology can be applied beyond retail and hospitality, supporting healthcare providers with practical tools for service efficiency and patient experience.
FEC remains committed to delivering reliable, industry-ready hardware solutions that help organisations improve service quality, streamline operations and support long-term digital transformation.
